NIGHTSWKNDS.com respects our customers account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software. Shopify is also certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify.
SECURE PROCESSING
NIGHTSWKNDS.com, which is powered by shopify.com, uses secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the Internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit card information so that it cannot be read while being transferred over the Internet.
PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase customers must notify info@NIGHTSWKNDS.com of any problems with their merchandise within 48 hours of receiving. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving in the original packaging, be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and liable for lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently fulfill international orders by direct request only. To place an order, please contact info@NIGHTSWKNDS.com with your order details and your shipping address. We will then send you an invoice for payment with a confirmed shipping price. Once the invoice is paid, your shipment will be sent. Any international order that requires a return or exchange will be paid for my the buyer along with a $10 USD restocking fee.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification with an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.
In the event that a product ordered becomes unavailable and will not be restocked, we will notify you within 3-5 business days by email and the customer will not be billed for items that are not shipped. In the event that a product will be significantly delayed in delivery, we will contact you before processing your order.
